Campus Diversity Issues Questionnaire - 1994
This year, the University's Committee on Diversity is assessing the current campus climate and needs with respect to racial, cultural, and ethnic diversity. We would appreciate your cooperation in sharing with us your own experiences and ideas about these issues. Please answer the following questions frankly and give us your comments and ideas. The answers will be analyzed and reported back to the campus community. Your individual answers will be confidential and anonymous.
