members to attend the NMCI training in May. Carswell seconded.

to provide training to students. Clark suggested UDC send committee
members this quarter and make a campus call for the fall training.

previous procedures and process so UDC can make a campus call to send
people who have not attended training to the Fall NMCI training.

trainers. Murillo-Moyeda seconded the motion. Motion approved.

UDC on the radio to speak about their projects.
Andrade provided draft
copies of the diversity initiative grant proposal for review.
Andrade stated copies need to be made and the form be made available
on the website. Clark requested the timeline, and it was suggested
to send the call to the campus this week and change the deadline date
to May 16, 2005. Torrez moved to delete the last three questions.
Motion approved. Murillo-Moyeda moved to remove other sources
of funding from the application. Texeira seconded. Motion

at the Fall speaker series.
Carthen provided an
update for the spring program. The proposed topic is Culture
and Gender Through Dance on Tuesday, May 17, 2005, in the Performing

Townsend and Project 21. The cost for the performers is $1,500.

We have made no commitments as yet beyond the one for Spring.

of the Cross Cultural Center, requested funds $2,670 for the spring
